Mixed cultivated and wild frozen mushrooms
A mix of cultivated and wild mushrooms species, in varying proportions, resulting in an extraordinary assortment of flavour and freshness. More common cultivated varieties, like sheathed woodtuft, shiitake, oyster, and champignon mushrooms, are combined with smaller percentages of more prized wild mushrooms, like porcini, in order to enhance the assortment: carefully selected, healthy mushrooms that have been cleaned of any soil or impurities, and are cut in such a way as to render their individual species recognisable.

Preparation
The mixed frozen mushrooms, which are ideal for risottos and first courses, are ready to be cooked as soon as they’re removed from the freezer: rinse the frozen mushrooms under running water before use, then cook them in a pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. To be consumed after cooking.
