Artichokes
Frozen artichokes of all types and sizes: whole peeled hearts, hearts cut into wedges, and bottoms. Preparation
In a pot: immerse the frozen artichokes in boiling salted water, and allow them to cook for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain them and use as desired.
In a pan: heat up a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the frozen artichokes, and cook for about 15 minutes.
To be consumed after cooking.
