Excellent for ice cream
Raspberries
Also known by the scientific name “Rubus idaeus”, raspberries are globular red fruits that grow spontaneously in the woods, and can also be cultivated. While they’re known for their sweet and pleasant flavour, their consumption is also good for the body: low in sugar and rich in vitamin C and minerals, raspberries have anti-inflammatory, cancer-fighting, anti-ageing, and purifying properties.

Preparation
Let the raspberries thaw, and use them as if they were fresh: for example, in combination with yoghurt for a natural and healthy breakfast, as decoration on cakes and desserts, or to prepare ice creams and sorbets. Our frozen raspberries can also be enjoyed warm by heating them up in the microwave, and can be added to ice cream for an even tastier dessert.
