Wild blackberries
Among all the fruits of the forest, wild blackberries are among the richest in antioxidants (quercetin, anthocyanin, tannins, gallic acid, and catechin) and vitamin C, and are therefore perfect for combating free radicals. Thanks to the quality of Scherini frozen fruit, the typical summer flavour of blackberries can be enjoyed at any time: either on their own or immersed in a bowl of ice cream or yoghurt.
